STEM with a Touch of Sporty

Chief Science Officers, also known as CSO’s, from all over the country as well as Mexico, Kuwait, Africa and the Middle East were in Tempe, Arizona for the annual CSO Leadership Training Institute Expo held on Arizona State University’s campus. Several of the CSO’s took time to learn more about the science behind sports as they were presented with STEM Basketball and STEM Soccer lessons as part of STEM Sports’® STEM activities. Some of the CSO’s, admittedly not interested in sports, found the curriculum to be attractive and beneficial and saw the connection between science and sports. And there was the revelation that learning STEM through sports has its benefits and thus made sports and physical activity more attractive. Watch now!
